  • Solely responsible for the design, manufacturing, and marketing of heavy duty Engineered Pulleys and TurboLoc keyless locking elements for the USA and South American market – built sales to $11,000,000 annually
  • Solely responsible for purchasing all materials required to manufacture JLV Engineered Pulleys and Turbo-Loc keyless locking elements
  • Responsible for the programming, tooling, and maintenance of five CNC lathes, as well as installation and maintenance of LAN and WAN networks
  • Involved in all aspects of design and manufacture of EXALON and TRANSALL idlers and the design of production line equipment
  • Eliminate production problems and resolved customers’ problems on site, often underground

  • Designed and supervised manufacture of various types of material handling equipment – airport luggage handling; grain elevators; fertilizer blending & packaging plants, monorail systems; high rise storage systems; fork lifts and fork attachments; and re-bar bending machines
  • Designed and supervised manufacture of many types of mining equipment – high and low seam roof bolters; long-wall shields and armored face conveyors; rapid yielding hydraulic support props; under ground shuttle cars; continuous miners and haulage systems; man & material mine hoists; and underground and overland conveyor systems
